Style Crush Alert

I am usually fairly good at resisting retail temptation, despite my profession. But even I get style crushes from time to time. Look, but don’t buy, right?! My current style crush is a cute little boutique I stumbled upon, thanks to the magical powers of good ole’ Pinterest. This little gem is called Bungalow 123 and is home to so many swoon worthy pieces you’re sure to  drool over and hopefully stock your summer wardrobe with. I’ve compiled a sampling of a few of the pieces high on my wish list. Do yourself a favor and hop on over to this little online boutique, where you’ll find cute clothes, fabulous footwear, awesome accessories and funky vintage pieces.

Think {HOT} Pink!

When it comes to stocking my girls’ closets, I love pink, pink, and more pink. But truthfully, I just don’t buy a lot of it for myself. Lately, I’ve been crushing on hot pink hues, especially for summer. These Kendra Scott-esque ear baubles are the perfect pop of pink if you’re looking to add subtle doses to your accessory arsenal. These earrings are so darn cute that they sold out as I was typing this blog post! But don’t worry, they’re sure to return soon.

Stripes Make My Heart go Pitter-Patter

I am a sucker for anything striped. I mean, I will happily fill my shopping cart up with all stripes and not even think twice about it. It’s safe to say I have a mild obsession with this classic print. I’m loving this flirty and feminine Pilcro Top in stripes, and I know you will too. The sweet crochet detailing and the racerback style are the cherries are on top of this adorable top.

Basic Black for the Win

Oh little black summer dresses, how I love thee. They are comfy, practical, and cute to boot. Who can deny the functionality of the lightweight black cotton dress? This girl can’t! Loving the simplicity of the Carlyle Dress. Too much black in your closet? I get it, I get it. The good news is that this darling dress comes in many more colors. Take your pick!

Booties from the Bungalow

Something about peep toe booties in the height of winter makes me cringe, but I love them as a transitional shoe from summer to fall. And heck, summer into fall where I’m from lasts about three months. The Hyatte Booties are the perfect transitional shoe, and at just $42 I’m sold!
